Marissa D. Saludo is the President/CEO of the Ruru Global Recruitment Services, Inc. She has several trade affiliations in courier, manufacturing, realty, printing, frozen foods, financing, distribution, communications, retail and agricultural business.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines and took several courses, seminars and workshops on human and organizational behavior, leadership, sales and marketing, including business management programs at Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Marissa D. Saludo is the President of Rotary Club of Makati Urdaneta (RY 2008-2009) and is a Member of the Cheese Club of the Philippines and the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.
