Armando de Rossi, a Civil Engineer and holder of Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, arrived in the Philippines on May 1975 s one of the foreign consultants engaged by the National Power Corporation in its various energy projects throughout the country. Since then, has made the Philippines his second home. He is Civic Leader, Philanthropist, Chairman and Founder of 3P Foundation.

Regional Director (Asia) - Cooperative Muratori E Cementisti - Ravenna

Vice President (Asia) - Greener International Corporation.

Significant Activities in the Philippines:

Her Excellency Corazon C. Aquino presented a Medal of Honor in 198 for his courage and invaluable support in the EDSA Revolution that brought down the Marcos dictatorship.

Hydropower Consultant during the term of His Excellency Fidel V. Ramos in 1992.

In 1999, he was adopted as a Member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) "Matikas" Class of 1983 for his sterling qualities and his outstanding service in his profession of Civil Engineer and Philanthropist.

In May 2002, he was crowned Sultan Macapundeg Sa Ranao Ragat or "The Sultan Benefactor of the People of Lanal Lake", the highest honor bestowed by the Royal House of Sultanate of Lanao for having immersed himself in Mindanao in 1980 to present, in agricultural and irrigation projects.
